Chat Terms of Use

This chat is a space for open, mature communication between consenting adults. By accessing or using this platform, you agree to comply with these rules and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, you must immediately stop using the platform.

Eligibility and Age Requirement (18+)

This platform is strictly limited to individuals who are at least 18 years old.

By accessing or using the platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements, and that access to this platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.

Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with the laws of their country of residence.

The administration may implement age verification measures in specific jurisdictions where required by law, including but not limited to France and the United Kingdom. The administration reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently terminate access if adequate verification is not provided.

Any false declaration of age constitutes a material violation of these rules and may result in immediate account termination.

Respect and Zero Tolerance for Hate

All members must treat others with dignity and respect.

Harassment, discrimination, humiliation, threats, or hate speech based on race, nationality, ethnicity, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, lifestyle, body type, disability, or any other personal characteristic are strictly prohibited.

The administration may remove content or restrict access at its sole discretion in order to maintain a safe environment.

Consent and Conduct

All interactions within the chat must be based on clear and voluntary agreement between participating users within the platform.

Pressuring, manipulating, or coercing other members into conversations, sharing content, or engaging in any activity against their will is strictly prohibited.

For the purposes of this platform, consent refers solely to interactions within the chat environment. The administration does not monitor, verify, or assume responsibility for any interactions occurring outside the platform.

Privacy and Personal Boundaries

Users are solely responsible for the information they choose to disclose.

Sharing another person’s personal information without explicit consent is prohibited. This includes real names, addresses, contact details, social media accounts, workplace information, or private communications.

No Spam or Disruptive Behavior

Flooding the chat with repeated messages, excessive symbols, automated content, copy-pasted material, or irrelevant messages is prohibited.

Spamming private messages, repeatedly tagging users to demand attention, or intentionally disrupting conversations is not allowed.

No Commercial Activity by Users

Users are not permitted to buy, sell, advertise, promote, or solicit goods or services within the chat.

This includes referral links, financial schemes, paid services, sponsorships, affiliate marketing, recruitment attempts, or any form of commercial solicitation.

Any attempt to bypass this restriction through indirect promotion, disguised advertising, or repeated recommendations may result in suspension or termination.

Platform Advertising

The platform operator reserves the right to display advertisements, sponsored content, promotional messages, or commercial communications within the chat interface.

Such advertising may be inserted automatically or manually and may appear within conversation flows, system messages, or other interface elements.

Users acknowledge that the display of advertising by the platform operator does not constitute a violation of these rules and does not grant users the right to compensation or restriction of such advertising.

Users have no expectation of an advertisement-free environment. The administration reserves the right to determine the type, frequency, placement, and format of advertising at its sole discretion.

Media Content Restrictions

Users may post or share only media content that is hosted and stored directly on this platform.

Posting links, previews, embedded media, or references to external third-party content is strictly prohibited.

By uploading or sharing any media content, users represent and warrant that they own the necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to upload and share such content, and that the content does not infringe any intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights of any third party.

Users uploading media depicting individuals must ensure that all depicted persons are at least 18 years old and have provided documented consent to the creation and distribution of such content.

By uploading content, users grant the platform a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, reproduce, display, and make such content available within the platform for operational purposes.

The administration reserves the right to remove any media content at its sole discretion, including in response to complaints alleging infringement or illegality.

Illegal or Prohibited Content

Users are solely responsible for any content they post, transmit, or otherwise make available.

Discussions, roleplay, or promotion of illegal activities are strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, rape, incest, bestiality, pedophilia, sexual exploitation, non-consensual acts, human trafficking, or any activity involving minors.

Any content that appears to involve minors in a sexual context will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to law enforcement authorities.

Hosting Service Status

The platform acts solely as an intermediary hosting service provider for user-generated content.

The platform does not initiate, select, create, or modify user content and does not guarantee its accuracy, legality, or appropriateness.

The platform does not actively monitor or pre-screen all user content. Upon obtaining actual knowledge of illegal content, the administration will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to such content in accordance with applicable law.

One Account Per User

Multiple accounts are not permitted. Duplicate accounts may be suspended or permanently banned.

Enforcement

The administration reserves the right to remove content, restrict functionality, mute accounts (up to 30 days), suspend, or permanently terminate access at its sole discretion and without prior notice.

The administration may restrict or block access from certain territories where required by law or regulatory obligations.

Message Retention and Data Processing

Messages are stored for up to six (6) months from the date of publication, unless a longer retention period is required for legal obligations, dispute resolution, or investigation of violations.

Stored content may be reviewed by authorized personnel for the purpose of enforcing these rules or complying with applicable law.

Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation. Detailed information regarding data processing practices, legal basis, data subject rights, and contact information of the data controller is provided in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

The administration does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or the accuracy, legality, or reliability of user-generated content.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the platform operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total liability of the platform operator for any claims arising out of or related to the use of the platform shall not exceed EUR 50.

Nothing in these rules shall exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted under applicable law, including liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

Indemnification

Users agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the platform operator, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and service providers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to their use of the platform, violation of these rules, violation of applicable law, or any content they submit or share.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country in which the platform operator is registered.

Any disputes arising out of or related to the use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

Amendments

The administration reserves the right to modify or update these rules at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised rules.
